This meta bug is to track the tasks to update the layout test expectations and rebaselines. Many of the tasks will be upstreaming our downstream test_expectations_android.txt and rebaselines.
Thanks Xingnan and James Wei for your contributions on layout tests on Android. I hope this bug help us cooperate better.

This bug is for upstreaming the downstream test expectations so can be closed. Efforts of bringing up the upstream layout tests are tracked in bug 96398.
